Please note that all international orders are considered final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and cross-border logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders caused by:

- Color preference

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you promptly, include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund for the affected item

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

- All original tags, liners, and packaging must be intact
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted
