Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
1. International Orders
Please note that all international orders are considered final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Due to international shipping costs, customs procedures, and cross-border logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders caused by:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Personal fit issues
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you promptly, include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund for the affected item
3. Return Conditions (If Approved)
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags, liners, and packaging must be intact
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains will not be accepted
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees and taxes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments; we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes
6. Non-Returnable Items
